Health, is a very important factor in raising your vibration. Yes, what you eat can help you raise your frequency, and help you reach higher levels of consciousness.  A diet low in sugar and meat, speaks to your inner core and can heal you from the inside out. A alkaline diet is a very good diet to try. It is basically all green and leafy vegetables, and can recharge, and align your body in so many amazing ways! When I went vegetarian, I felt incredible! I felt so clear headed and well balanced that I meditated better, had more energy, and was all around genuinely happier! Meat can have many negative effects on the body and the way you vibrate. When an animal is slaughtered, all of its pain and fear during the process goes into the meat. You eat the meat, and in turn take in all of that fear, anger, aggressiveness, anxiety and so on. Processed foods, GMO, and foods high in sugar can also lower your frequency, and stump your spiritual experience.

The ancient romans knew that food can have an affect on your vibrational pattern. They felt every dish should have “agapi”, which means unconditional love. Sending out positive affirmations over your food, or simply praying can help charge your food positively as well.  Also try to stay away from microwaves, the radiation is very harmful to the food, and in turn, harmful for your body.  Below is a list of high vibrational foods you should try.
