Spiritual well being

I believe that there are four aspects connected to spiritual well being; physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental. It is the ability to experience and integrate meaning and purpose in life through a deep personal connectedness with self. Only while exploring ones spiritual core can you truly heal yourself both physically and mentally. Wellness itself is an active process of becoming aware of oneself and being able to make some choices towards a positive life. It is a constant state of growth and rebirth.
